Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative, leading and overseeing mechanical construction activities throughout construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • •Ensure contractor personnel comply with project HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise mechanical construction activities to ensure compliance with AFC drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity; coordinate with contractor supervision, planning engineers, and Construction Engineers to develop daily and weekly work plans.
  • •Review drawings, materials, equipment, tools, and workforce resources; identify schedule constraints and escalate issues, while supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience, including proven mechanical supervisor experience on an EPCM project within the Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
  • •Demonstrated experience supervising mechanical construction within refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Proven capability managing contractors and delivering safe, effective construction execution.
  • •Registered Safety Officer at Supervisor Level with strong HSES knowledge, including Method Statements, JSA, and Risk Assessments.
  • •Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and fluent written and spoken English; able to work lawfully in Thailand and pass required checks (Thai Police Check and pre-employment medical).
