Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the initial viability study.
•Work closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Define the approach for requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation.
•Define the approach for data analysis and data cleansing.
•Create and document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation).

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst capable of delivering the required artifacts.
•Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes.
•Experience with application integrations and IAM tooling (Saviynt or similar) and familiarity with ServiceNow integrations is preferred.
•Analytical and critical thinking with strong attention to detail to decompose problems, interpret data, and drive business decisions.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand business processes and achieve objectives.
