Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day mechanical work on project sites, ensuring designs are translated into reality
  • •Manage the proper setup, testing, and start-up of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment (HVAC, piping, chiller, cooling tower, Pumps, Firefighting system, etc.)
  • •Monitor progress, manage timelines, ensure budgets are met, and report on project status
  • •Ensure all mechanical installations meet specified standards, technical drawings, and safety regulations
  • •Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution
  • •Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and as-built drawings
  • •Design standards code NBC 2016, ASHRAE, Fire- NFPA norms for smooth execution at site
  • •Proficiency in using electrical design software (AutoCAD)
  • •Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety standards at site
  • •Implementing strict HSE protocols, conducting risk assessments
  • •Perform site audits and ensure proper PPE usage

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • •6-8 years of experience in MEP Mechanical Construction
  • •Experience with HVAC, piping, chiller, cooling tower, pumps, and firefighting systems
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • •Knowledge of NBC 2016, ASHRAE and NFPA standards and site safety compliance
