Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the primary client interface for a large hyperscale data center development, owning cost planning, estimating, and commercial management across the full project lifecycle. Lead cost and variance governance, manage change control and contingency strategy, and negotiate contractor pricing and change orders. Produce executive-level commercial reporting, support value engineering and funding approvals, and ensure robust cost auditing, reconciliation, and close-out. Based on-site in West Virginia with periodic travel to Manassas, VA.
