Sr Field Service Supervisor

Lead and coordinate the field service team to deliver timely, effective service to customers. Supervise and support field service technicians, plan and assign work, and monitor service KPIs, productivity, backlog, and SLA performance. Provide technical guidance for complex issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll report to the Sr Field Service Manager and work out of the Ottawa, Ontario location.
