Network Principal

Own network infrastructure operations end to end, resolving complex issues with minimal direction across firewalling, network filtering, routing, access control, and VPN connectivity. Handle service tickets in ServiceNow, interpret architecture diagrams, and define/maintain network security policies and exception workflows. Collaborate with senior engineers on security requirements, risk prioritization, and remediation recommendations, including proof-of-concept testing. Provide 7x24 on-call support and support site-based needs in Ottawa.
