Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own Below-The-Line (BTL) program/toolkit development from inception to completion, identifying market opportunities and delivering high-impact retail solutions.
  • •Author comprehensive creative briefs and serve as day-to-day lead for creative and point-of-sale (POS) production agencies, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget.
  • •Act as an expert commercial partner to Brand teams by evaluating brand requests and optimizing programs/POS toolkits based on retailer and shopper realities.
  • •Oversee the POS development lifecycle, including creative ideation, structural design, production, and store/account deployment.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally (Sales, Brand, Agencies, Legal/Trademark) and support field sales with POS ordering and commercial execution guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of marketing, sales, or sales promotion experience.
  • •Ability to translate complex business goals and customer insights into clear, actionable marketing briefs for creative agency partners.
  • •Analytical and creative thinking with strong business acumen and project management skills.
  • •Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while meeting many deadlines.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency across Google and Microsoft.
