  • •Conduct structured site assessments and quality maturity evaluations to identify gaps, risks, and standardization opportunities.
  • •Maintain a site risk register for quality system risks by location and track mitigation actions for enterprise quality visibility.
  • •Lead enterprise QMS rollouts for new/revised processes, managing implementation timelines, communications, and adoption verification across sites.
  • •Coordinate with Internal Audit, Supplier Quality, and Compliance on audit schedules and corrective action resolution, and define/report enterprise quality KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of quality management, quality systems, or quality program management experience in aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry.
  • •Deep working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001, including experience supporting multi-site certification or surveillance audits.
  • •Experience conducting quality system assessments, gap analyses, or internal audits and turning findings into actionable improvement plans.
  • •Strong program management skills coordinating cross-functional, multi-site initiatives with timeline management and risk-based prioritization.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person (as defined under ITAR) and eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
