Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and regional BPO partners, assessing capability, capacity, and service quality.
  • •Advise internal stakeholders on optimal allocation of in-house products and services based on partner strengths, specialization, and operational maturity.
  • •Maintain an up-to-date ledger of partnerships, including capabilities, commercial terms, performance metrics, and contract status.
  • •Lead commercial discussions to optimize pricing structures, service scope, and value propositions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Build and sustain partner relationships through regular performance reviews, strategic dialogue, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above.
  • •Proven experience in vendor management, BPO procurement, or strategic sourcing with a focus on local and regional markets.
  • •Ability to evaluate partner capabilities and operational capacity, and negotiate complex commercial terms and pricing structures.
  • •Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide internal stakeholders on service allocation and partner selection.
  • •Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, including leading performance reviews and strategic discussions.
