Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle for AI Data Service and Operations, from identifying and onboarding local and regional BPO vendors to maintaining a complete partnerships ledger. Lead commercial negotiations to optimize pricing and service scopes, and drive long-term performance through regular reviews and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and regional BPO partners, assessing capability, capacity, and service quality.
•Advise internal stakeholders on optimal allocation of in-house products and services based on partner strengths, specialization, and operational maturity.
•Maintain an up-to-date ledger of partnerships, including capabilities, commercial terms, performance metrics, and contract status.
•Lead commercial discussions to optimize pricing structures, service scope, and value propositions aligned to business objectives.
•Build and sustain partner relationships through regular performance reviews, strategic dialogue, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•Proven experience in vendor management, BPO procurement, or strategic sourcing with a focus on local and regional markets.
•Ability to evaluate partner capabilities and operational capacity, and negotiate complex commercial terms and pricing structures.
•Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide internal stakeholders on service allocation and partner selection.
•Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, including leading performance reviews and strategic discussions.
