Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily assembly-floor rhythm—people, workflow, safety, and output—to ensure NEO leaves the facility built right and on time.
  • •Hit daily and weekly build targets while owning metrics (throughput, yield, first-pass quality, on-time completion).
  • •Build and lead a trained, accountable production team and drive performance against plan (retention, cross-training coverage).
  • •Drive down defect rates and rework through root-cause problem solving, process control, and feedback loops with Quality and Engineering.
  • •Own floor safety with zero preventable incidents and lead at least one meaningful process improvement per quarter.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years directly supervising production or manufacturing teams in a hands-on, on-floor capacity.
  • •Track record of hitting production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • •Fluency in production planning, quality systems, and safety practices (e.g., standard work, defect tracking, lockout/tagout, PPE compliance).
  • •Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve quarter to quarter.
