  • •Handle day-to-day operational IT requests for internal customers
  • •Define and implement systems and processes to improve IT operations
  • •Act as the on-prem IT lead at the New York headquarters
  • •Provide white-glove operational support for executives
  • •Facilitate rapid growth with smooth onboarding for new employees

Key Requirements

  • •Recent experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support
  • •Customer-facing experience with executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical staff
