Job Summary

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for road, site, and highway construction and paving. Work in a team environment while following OSHA/MSHA regulations, company policies, and OSHA-required PPE. Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation, conduct minor servicing and maintenance, and report issues to your manager or foreman. Assist with training less-experienced employees and support general labor duties as needed.

•Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the foreman.
•Assist in training less-experienced employees and perform general labor duties when necessary.
