Job Summary

Lead end-to-end indirect spend purchasing and sourcing activities, including P2P processing, purchase requisition review, and PO creation/amendments in SAP. Own market research, prequalification, RFQ execution, and commercial negotiations to deliver sustainable cost reductions. Manage supplier relationships and renegotiations for contract renewals, supporting supplier development and compliance. Use SAP spend data, SAP BW reporting, Power BI, and AI/Copilot to drive analytics and reporting while meeting KPIs and service levels across NA/EU/AMEA stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Process purchase requests and ensure completeness, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders while meeting KPIs and service level requirements.
•Create and amend purchase orders in SAP for NA/EU/AMEA regions and support account payable exposure via SAP.
•Conduct market research for indirect commodities, manage prequalification and RFQ processes, evaluate quotations, and negotiate commercial terms to select suppliers based on objective criteria.
•Drive systematic and sustainable cost reductions through spend and category management, including renegotiations for contract renewals.
•Manage supplier relationships and performance, initiate supplier development improvements, maintain contract archives, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in P2P, purchase, sourcing, contract management, and vendor management.
•Hands-on experience with supplier negotiations, RFQs, and advanced/auction-style negotiation methods.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with data analytics and Power BI, with experience using AI/Copilot in sourcing activities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and/or MS PowerPoint) and strong computer skills with ERP experience (SAP preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field, and clear communication in English (written and verbal).
