Support and optimize a mature Microsoft 365 tenant for ~26,000 users by administering and improving Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot. Engineer and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, automation, integrations, and platform enhancements that improve scalability, security, and user experience. Build governance and lifecycle practices for the Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps), while troubleshooting complex issues and partnering with IT and security stakeholders.
