Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, including termination, resignation, transfers, and redundancy processes.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and separation negotiations, to deliver termination outcomes.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support: assess workplace concerns, guide progressive discipline approaches, and coordinate handling of complex cases.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents with privacy and confidentiality compliance; maintain accurate employee records.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and drive process improvements through automation and AI, including mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary terminations with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Strong employee relations knowledge including progressive discipline approaches and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and provide practical HR advice in ambiguous, unfamiliar environments.
  • •Business-level written and spoken English proficiency, plus demonstrated automation and AI fluency.
