Key Responsibilities

  • •Support active penetration testing campaigns by analyzing evidence from detected simulated attacks.
  • •Guide operators in technical reading via SIEM QRadar and contextualize information to validate detections with confidence.
  • •Demonstrate the relevance and effectiveness of SOPs, providing concrete support to their execution.
  • •Contribute to evolving SOPs to stay aligned with operational needs and security alerts.
  • •Analyze existing rules, reduce false positives, and refine SIEM tuning; help design new correlation rules to improve system responsiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of SOC experience with security incident detection
  • •Proficient with QRadar including rule implementation, use-case writing, reflex cards, alert handling and investigating true-positive tickets
  • •Strong knowledge of information system security, including attack techniques and forensics
  • •Interest in automation and artificial intelligence and its value for detection
  • •Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus; GitLab, Python/Bash skills and SANS certification are a plus
