Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis.
  • •Understand customer products and process requirements to deliver customized lithography solutions.
  • •Analyze and resolve lithography process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, CD control, and overlay errors.
  • •Support customers with lithography process verification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI).
  • •Prepare and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with headquarters R&D, product, and FAE teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
  • •Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • •Flexible mindset to support tasks in a matrix organization, including issue escalation and new product introduction (NPI).
  • •Ability to work under pressure and travel flexibly to support customers across China; excellent bilingual (Chinese/English) communication skills.
