Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • •Oversee and review journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activity.
  • •Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and supporting documentation, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Manage accounting operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, fixed assets, suspense/clearing accounts, and other assigned G/L accounts.
  • •Drive US GAAP compliance and SOX activities, support audits, and develop internal control processes and accounting policies while partnering with stakeholders on process improvements and systems/ERP enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •CPA designation is required or strongly preferred.
  • •8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
  • •3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting operations, including close, reconciliations, journal entries, audit support, and internal controls.
