Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors with a customer-focused approach.
  • •Consistently embody and communicate the brand philosophy, values, and culture to internal and external customers.
  • •Manage operational excellence including inventory tasks, new product orders, fill-in orders, and accurate stock levels.
  • •Uphold visual merchandising standards by creating premium, well-organized store displays and enhancing store visibility through ideas for events and community activities.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management regarding product flow and store system functionality, and train the team on back-of-house processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment, with at least 1 year leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvements.
  • •Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus (passion is essential).
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and inspire your team.
  • •A keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and upholding high visual merchandising standards.
  • •Fluent English and B2 German; ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
