Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and support AWS environments (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, VPC), including advanced OS upgrades, patching, and health checks.
  • •Operate observability stacks (CloudWatch, ELK, AppDynamics), analyze logs/telemetry, and perform RCA and performance optimization.
  • •Automate and manage CI/CD pipelines using Python/Bash/Shell and Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab; implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/CloudFormation.
  • •Secure and govern systems by managing TLS/SSL certificates, secrets, PKI processes, and AWS KMS/IAM; remediate vulnerabilities and maintain accreditation documentation.
  • •Deploy and optimize containers and serverless workloads using Kubernetes and Docker, and troubleshoot complex runtime issues in AWS Lambda.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience supporting distributed systems and Linux/Unix environments.
  • •Strong experience supporting enterprise web applications (Tomcat) and troubleshooting upgrades, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • •Hands-on AWS experience across EC2, S3, IAM, Security Groups, SQS, Lambda, STS, and Availability Zones.
  • •Strong observability and troubleshooting experience with CloudWatch, ELK/Logstash/Elasticsearch, and AppDynamics.
  • •Strong CI/CD and infrastructure automation skills using Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab, Terraform/CloudFormation, plus scripting in Java, Python, Bash, or Shell.
