Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and manage physical and virtual server infrastructure, storage systems, and networking components.
  • •Monitor environmental conditions and ensure proper functioning of cooling, power, and UPS systems.
  • •Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including servers, network equipment, racks, cabling, and power distribution units.
  • •Perform system updates, patching, backups, and hardware replacements as needed.
  • •Respond to alerts and incidents with timely on-call support, and support disaster recovery planning/execution and capacity improvements.
