Job Summary

Provide first- and second-line support for SAP users while managing SAP system operations and availability. Oversee Windows Server infrastructure, including monitoring, patching, upgrades, incident coordination, and disaster recovery testing. Execute and validate scheduled backup and recovery processes, and support enterprise networking troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/VPN. Monitor infrastructure security posture and assist with compliance activities, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first- and second-line support for SAP users, including SAP system troubleshooting and SAP user access management/permissions administration.
•Monitor and maintain server environments to ensure system performance, including Windows Server infrastructure support, patching, maintenance, and upgrades.
•Manage server incidents and coordinate resolution activities, and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
•Execute and monitor scheduled backups, validate successful completion, perform restoration testing, and maintain backup documentation and reporting.
•Support enterprise networking connectivity and performance monitoring (LAN/WAN/VPN), monitor infrastructure security posture, and report potential risks while escalating security incidents per procedures.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in managed services, infrastructure support, or systems administration.
•Experience supporting SAP users and SAP environments, including SAP user access administration.
•Working knowledge of SAP security and user access administration.
•Experience working within Windows Server environments and enterprise services.
•Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions and monitoring system availability, performance, and security.
