Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first- and second-line support for SAP users, including SAP system troubleshooting and SAP user access management/permissions administration.
  • •Monitor and maintain server environments to ensure system performance, including Windows Server infrastructure support, patching, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • •Manage server incidents and coordinate resolution activities, and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • •Execute and monitor scheduled backups, validate successful completion, perform restoration testing, and maintain backup documentation and reporting.
