  • •Lead the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy supporting Legal and Supply priorities, including Sustainability.
  • •Advise senior leaders with strategic communications counsel, challenge, and coaching to improve leadership visibility and effectiveness.
  • •Own communications across function-to-employee, organisation-to-function, and function-to-organisation dimensions, translating priorities and elevating executional excellence.
  • •Partner with Corporate Affairs teams to align internal and external narratives across media, government affairs, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Develop communication programs for organisational change and transformation, support external opportunities, and measure effectiveness to improve impact and employee experience.
