Job Summary

Own complex, high-value spend categories across North America, driving measurable impact through end-to-end strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations. Lead multi-year category strategy and apply TCO principles, while drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in partnership with Legal and Risk. Perform spend analytics, savings tracking, and executive reporting, and continuously improve sourcing processes to manage compliance and market/supplier risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives (RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract award) for assigned categories.
•Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned to business priorities, market conditions, and risk profiles using TCO principles.
•Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements and lead commercial negotiations to optimize pricing, terms, and risk allocation.
•Serve as primary relationship owner for key suppliers; establish performance metrics, lead supplier reviews, and drive corrective action plans.
•Conduct spend analysis, savings tracking, and cost modeling; produce executive-ready reports and improve sourcing process governance and compliance.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
•7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management (10+ preferred).
•Proven success leading supplier negotiations, contract management, and category strategy execution.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) preferred.
•Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.
