Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for pay-in and payout products.
  • •Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
  • •Identify and prioritize new payment use cases and market opportunities.
  • •Lead products from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • •Design and optimize payment flows and improve transaction success, processing speed, reliability, and unit economics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5–8 years of product management experience with substantive payments/fintech/banking experience.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping wallets, cross-border payments, remittance, or FX products in real corridors and regulated environments.
  • •Deep working knowledge of payment rails and trade-offs across speed, cost, and settlement finality (e.g., SWIFT and local clearing systems).
  • •Experience building or integrating payment APIs at scale (REST APIs, webhooks, reconciliation feeds, partner bank connectivity) and working effectively in licensed/regulated environments.
