Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by handling product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes aligned to directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones based on business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools and metrics in partnership with management to identify opportunities and support product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
  • •Provide people leadership by coaching associates, supporting recruitment/development, and collaborating on store execution, including opening and closing to visual standards.
