Chemical Production Operator

Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing processes at the Duxford site, ensuring products are manufactured, filled, and packed safely and efficiently. Set up batches, handle materials, complete accurate documentation, and provide shift handovers. Clean equipment between campaigns to prevent cross-contamination, work with a team to meet targets while maintaining quality, and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime. The role includes weekly rotating shifts and training on processing equipment used to make high-performance adhesives.
