Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and by phone, listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and assist with a range of products including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while attracting new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to manage centers of influence and drive client acquisition and growth.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, audit, and documentation procedures, and support branch operations including assisting on the teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
