Job Summary

Source and evaluate candidates for CAE Defense & Security roles, overseeing an end-to-end recruiting process from networking and direct sourcing through resume review, screening, interviews, and hiring-manager guidance. Build recruiting pipelines, leverage job posting and social/networking channels, track and analyze metrics, and maintain a compliant applicant tracking workflow using Workday and similar systems. Partner with leaders to understand current and future talent needs and recommend recruiting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Source candidates through networking, direct sourcing, and external search firms.
•Evaluate candidates through resume review, screening, and interview processes.
•Oversee an efficient and professional interview process and guide hiring managers through recruiting.
•Develop recruitment strategies and maintain recruiting pipelines, including outreach and regular contact with possible future candidates.
•Track recruiting metrics and use data to analyze campaigns and sourcing strategies, including managing an applicant tracking system.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
•3+ years of professional recruitment/talent acquisition experience in a corporate and/or search firm environment, including 2+ years supporting US Defense contracts and/or proposals.
•Experience recruiting for Engineering, Aerospace, Aviation, Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Space & Missile Defense, and IT roles.
•Ability to create and run highly complex Boolean searches.
•Experience using web-based applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar) and various recruiting tools including job boards, social media, and networking.
