Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Complete New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
  • •Meet associate competency/accountability requirements, including Associate 1 Competency Model.
  • •Complete CarMax timekeeping systems training for hourly associates.
  • •Meet Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II and Flow Inventory Associate II performance standards and achieve required workstation certifications.
  • •Read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while using CarMax-provided respiratory protection (clean-shaven required).
