Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and ensure safety first in all responsibilities, working with the EHS Manager on safety programs and policies.
  • •Supervise shift production and daily production schedules to achieve production goals, ensuring products meet specifications.
  • •Manage employee timecards, time-off requests, training currency, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
  • •Investigate near misses, property damage, and employee injury incidents; support audits, GEMBAs, and continuous improvement programs.
  • •Evaluate equipment and material problems with Maintenance/Process Engineering, analyze production information, and report when standards aren’t met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or a related area (or equivalent education/experience totaling 5+ years).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety and quality policies.
  • •Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite preferred) and experience with SAP preferred/required knowledge.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and resolve issues using data.
