Associate Logistics Specialist

Support EU logistics operations by managing day-to-day shipping for samples, coordinating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and 3PLs to keep logistics running smoothly. Oversee invoicing and PO processing accuracy, compile reporting for strategic review, and monitor OTIF performance. Help deliver continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and automation initiatives for sample processes, while maintaining high service standards across subsidiary and distributor shipments.
