Key Responsibilities

•Educate North America employees by answering questions about personal trading, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts and entertainment.
•Coordinate and support small- to mid-sized compliance-related projects, ensuring planning, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
•Monitor employee completion of required policy reports, including acknowledgement forms, brokerage account listings, holdings reports, and quarterly transaction reports.
•Review personal trading pre-clearance requests for approval or denial using the Star Compliance Employee Conflicts of Interest system.
•Conduct post-trade monitoring and investigate potential violations of the Code of Ethics and related policies, issuing required education letters.
