Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to support timely delivery.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, enforcing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain smooth site workflow.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply for project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience in construction with 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Proficiency in construction techniques, methods, and materials, including structural design.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required to be successful in the role.
