Job Summary

Support procurement material performance by tracking KPIs like on-time delivery and overdue backlog, prioritizing purchase order requests, and coordinating with third parties. Partner with the Material Manager and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Service, Finance, Global Operations, and P&L) to improve procurement efficiency using data-driven insights and statistical analysis. Help develop OTD/ODBL forecasting models, refine batch order management, and ensure accurate reporting and playbook data.

•Partner with the Material Manager to track KPI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement value chain.
•Prioritize and drive continuous improvement across processes and KPI frameworks through cross-functional collaboration.
•Use data-driven insights and statistical analysis to identify process gaps and support informed decision-making.
•Contribute to initiatives improving on-time delivery and overdue backlog performance in close collaboration with the Service organization.
•Support procurement reporting by driving data management practices for quarter-end reporting and ensuring Procurement playbook completeness and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of relevant experience in material management, ERP systems, and/or project implementation in complex, cross-functional environments.
•Solid understanding of materials management processes, including planning and control systems.
•Strong knowledge of Oracle applications and related tools; familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
•Be able to legally work in the country you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.
