Key Responsibilities

•Serve and deliver food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, timely manner to exceed guest satisfaction.
•Liaise with the Sales Manager and House of Blues team members before, during, and throughout events.
•Greet guests, explain specials/promotions and menu items, assemble food orders, and provide recommendations and upselling.
•Set up banquet tables and buffet displays, bus during/after service, and reset/refresh rooms for the next event.
•Ensure responsible alcohol service, handle ID checks when needed, process payments, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Key Requirements

•Flexible schedule.
•Working knowledge of basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes, and point of sales systems.
•2 years full service or banquet experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
•Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner.
•Valid alcohol awareness certification or ability to obtain certification.
