Lead and retain a large population of Compass real estate agents by coaching, mentoring, and motivating them to achieve sales goals. Serve as a liaison between regional leadership and agents, driving sales and platform-related initiatives, office-wide meetings, and policy updates. Track key metrics and platform adoption to improve revenue and efficiency, relay market intelligence from Research and Business Development, and support agent growth and contract renewals.
