Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive system-level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation for complex semiconductor chips.
  • •Partner with HW teams and Production Operations to determine coverage needs and constraints and resolve appropriate test conditions and diagnostic contents for production line screens.
  • •Define requirements for SW and board teams to support and improve test infrastructure, debug knobs, and data collection features.
  • •Co-design, develop, and maintain system-level testing flows, correlate takeaways from silicon, and align production testing with internal diagnostics.
  • •Create KPIs to evaluate test effectiveness and initiate process improvements and preventative actions using root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering.
  • •8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Strong EE fundamentals, including digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, sampling, and computer architecture.
  • •Validated hands-on lab experience with silicon bring-up and lab debug.
  • •Experience with Python and Linux (BASH also required).
