Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree and/or technology in Design/Drafting (or related), with at least 4 years of experience in technical drawing and 3D modeling of pressurized pipe systems and fire protection systems for infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience modeling pressurized piping systems and fire protection systems.
  • •Advanced Revit skills, specifically plumbing modules.
  • •Familiarity with BIM/CIIM methodologies, including clash detection and material quantification.
  • •Knowledge of CAD standards and local engineering regulations, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
