Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary cresting liaison for assigned field sales reps, sales support reps, regional managers, customers, and vendors, resolving order and artwork issues.
  • •Manage and review the order book to identify new artwork and cresting requirements, ensuring accurate, timely order completion.
  • •Coordinate and expedite artwork requests through the New Artwork Queue, communicate directly to obtain missing artwork/specifications, and confirm decoration requirements.
  • •Validate artwork specifications (logo sizing, placement, color matching, and embellishment requirements) to ensure compliance with brand standards and customer expectations.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, sales, production, and vendors to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency while maintaining on-time in-full delivery.

Key Requirements
