Key Responsibilities

•Own the company-wide pipeline number across inbound, outbound, and expansion, including unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
•Run full-funnel demand programs covering website/traffic, paid search and LinkedIn, SEO, ABM, retargeting, re-engagement, and events.
•Build and own answer engine optimization (AEO) as an emerging channel for AI-assisted research.
•Manage agencies/contractors/consultancies to deliver measurable outcomes, and oversee MarTech stack, attribution with RevOps, and reporting on ROI and channel performance.
•Operate a fast test-and-learn engine: generate ideas, run experiments, stop what doesn’t work, and scale what does—while aligning closely with sales and product marketing on ICP, messaging, and revenue priorities.

Key Requirements

•A track record in B2B SaaS owning a company-wide pipeline and revenue targets with healthy unit economics, backed by data and a clear narrative.
•Demonstrated ability to create demand in mid-market and enterprise using ABM programs, high-touch events, and thought leadership.
•Hands-on depth in SEO and PPC.
•Ownership of a modern MarTech stack and comfort working across RevOps and attribution.
•Genuine affinity for engineering and an understanding of the engineering-leadership buyer.
