Night Shift Supervisor-Front End

Supervise associates in the Service Bureau production department during a structured night-shift schedule, coordinating workflow to meet production, safety, quality, service, and productivity goals. Lead and coach direct reports, maintain quality control and inventory accuracy, resolve inventory discrepancies, and ensure equipment uptime through maintenance and repairs. Oversee shipment completion and package routing according to the daily schedule.
