Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service to commercial and residential green industry customers. Assist inquiries via in-person, phone, and online ordering, cultivate customer relationships, and pull/prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery. Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers while partnering with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working. Support merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks in a safe environment.
