Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business leaders to define scope, budgets, resources, and timelines for data center products (CDUs, cold plates, liquid cooling, busbars, and power distribution).
  • •Develop and maintain detailed NPI project schedules working backward from customer and business launch targets.
  • •Establish and manage project risk registers, proactively identifying technical, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer risks and driving mitigation with measurable closure.
  • •Create and manage program budgets across materials, labor, tooling, prototyping, validation, and NRE costs to meet financial objectives.
  • •Lead cross-functional program reviews and governance meetings to drive accountability for critical milestones, deliverables, manufacturing readiness, and launch activities.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience with multinational engineering organizations, including at least 5 years in program management.
  • •Experience managing product development programs for data center infrastructure and related liquid cooling, CDU, cold plate, thermal management, or power distribution solutions serving hyperscale, enterprise, OEM, or ODM customers.
  • •PMP certification (or equivalent program management certification) is highly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools, with strong executive reporting, resource planning, and program governance skills.
