Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the product definition process, establishing product bounding boxes across bandwidth, latency, power, workloads, port counts, and types.
  • •Develop high-level product architecture block diagrams and specifications.
  • •Specify protocols and functional interactions to ensure seamless product functionality.
  • •Define and evaluate feasibility tradeoffs across performance, timing, power, workloads, and area; explore novel architectural approaches.
  • •Mentor technical leaders, collaborate on cross-functional roadmaps and hardware-software interfaces, and influence organizational technology targets.

  • •Bachelor’s (or BS) degree in a specialized field, or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years professional experience with a Bachelor’s, 8+ years with a Master’s, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • •Expertise in architecture definition, IP architecture development, and VLSI design principles.
  • •Strong ability solving complex engineering tradeoffs involving performance, power, and area.
  • •Deep understanding of transport protocols, including RDMA, and experience defining specs for high-performance hardware-software integration.
