•Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.

•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking/lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
