Key Responsibilities

  • •Build sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications for power distribution equipment including PDUs, RPPs, STS, transformers, tap-off boxes, and busway systems.
  • •Follow SOPs to assemble components and perform visual inspections before and after assembly.
  • •Use heavy industrial equipment (including cranes and winding machines) and tools (fixtures, gauges, hand and power tools) to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
  • •Inspect completed assemblies for compliance with quality standards and make required adjustments to meet quality goals.
  • •Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules; provide process and safety improvement ideas; ensure machines/tools are calibrated and perform housekeeping using 5S principles.
