Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of electrical and control engineers to meet safety, reliability, cost, and operational performance targets.
  • •Ensure safe operation and maintenance of HV/MV/LV electrical distribution, UPS, generators, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and facility automation systems.
  • •Drive equipment reliability and system availability using predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement programs.
  • •Develop and execute maintenance, asset management, and obsolescence strategies for critical facility infrastructure.
  • •Support Fab capacity expansion projects and facility upgrades, and manage contractors, engineering standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •8+ years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, data center, or critical facilities environments.
  • •2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, facility automation, PLC/SCADA platforms, and reliability engineering principles.
