Job Summary

Oversee financial assessment and qualification of Business Advisors and Key Industrial Partners across Europe and Latin America. Analyze audited/unaudited statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow), evaluate solvency and liquidity using financial indicators, and assess counterparty credit risk with mitigation recommendations. Prepare analysis reports and executive memoranda for senior management and CFO review, support due diligence and audits, and ensure compliance with Thales governance processes.

•Analyze Business Advisors’ and Key Industrial Partners’ financial statements to assess financial health, compliance status, and risk exposure.
•Review and interpret audited and unaudited financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow statements.
•Evaluate solvency, liquidity, profitability, and operational efficiency using key financial indicators and ratios.
•Assess counterparty creditworthiness and identify financial risks, recommending mitigation measures such as payment terms and guarantees.
•Prepare financial analysis reports and executive memoranda for senior management and CFO review; support qualification/due diligence and internal/external audits.

•Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements to assess performance and identify risks.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
