Key Responsibilities

  • •Help achieve store goals by providing beauty services, rebooking services, servicing clients, and selling products
  • •Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu
  • •Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
  • •Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols and hygiene standards
  • •Promote inclusiveness and teamwork and follow Sephora policies to provide a safe, enjoyable experience

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed
  • •1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • •Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
  • •Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
  • •Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
